1. Specification
PRI-SAFETY Tube Type Automatic Fire Suppression system is a special polyamide tube, the out Dia.18mm, and different length as required, it is a compressed gas-extinguishing FM200(HFC-227ea) or FE-36(HFC-236fa), called Heptafluoropropane or Hexaflluoropropane too.
In normal temperature, the tube pressure is 2~6bar. But the pressure will be increasing with the temperature increasing, when temperature reach to 100° C, the FM200 expansion to 15bar. When the temperature reach to 120° C, the softened tube burst a round hole to release the extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire in very short time.

3. Application Scope
The Tube Type Automatic Fire Systems are used to protect the enclosed space, including but not limited to:
1) Engine Compartments of Boats and Yachts.
2) Engine Compartments of All On-Road Vehicles and Off-Road Vehicles: Car, Van, Bus, Mini Bus, Truck, Rally Car, Mining Machine or Construction Machine, etc.
3) Electric Panel, Switch Board, Sever Panel, .Control Box, etc.
4. Fire Suppression System Product Features
1) Small volume, applied to the relatively closed space.
2) Heated start, no electricity.
3) Simple installation and maintenance.
4) Widely application.
5) Clean Agent FM200 or FE-36.
6) NOT-TOXIC, Harmless to Humans.

5. Installation (Eg: on vehicle.)
1) Open the box, and cut the cable ties carefully, don’t hurt the tube.
2) The packing kits include the cable ties and tube clamps(with rubber lining), please choose both or anyone for fixing the tube in the protected enclosed place.
3) Don’t use a metal fastening material for installation( Steel clamp, Metal Wire, etc.). The installation shape of the tube no rules, according to the protected space, ensure can protect all the space.
4) Don’t close to the high temperature part in the engine compartments.
5) The minimum bending radius 250mm.
6) It can be installed in the engine room or engine hood.
6. Maintenance
PRI-SAFETY Tube Type Fire Systems no need any special maintenance.
Just act some visually inspection:
1) Inspect the pressure gauge is in the green zone each month.
2) Inspect the tube was fixed well each month.
3) Inspect the tube was damaged or not by something.
4) Ensure the tube is in the well working condition.
